OUR HERITAGE

Our roots stretch back to 1962 when Mr Demetrios K Kounnis, our current chairman commenced practising under the style of D K Kounnis & Co. The firm was operating under this style until January 1995 when it acquired
A P Freeman & Co and the firm was renamed Kounnis Freeman. On 1st June 2001 Kounnis And Partners Plc came into existence having been incorporated on the 25th April 2001.

We have a long history of involvement with family businesses and our tradition has always been one of excellence and commitment to high standards and quality service.

For over 40 years we have positioned ourselves to provide our clients with swift, constructive and practical business advice to assist them in developing their businesses. We place great emphasis on building long-standing and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.

We make special efforts to be involved in regular review meetings in order to assess performance, plan ahead and look for areas where improvements can be made in terms of financing, capital requirements and general business development. These meetings also provide a useful platform for highlighting potential tax planning opportunities.
